Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds for purchases made through Udhar Card are subject to the merchant's refund policy. We process refunds in accordance with the merchant's terms and our agreement with you.

2. Refund Process

When a refund is processed by the merchant:

  • The amount will be credited back to your Udhar Card account
  • Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account
  • Any outstanding dues will be adjusted first before issuing a refund

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Udhar Card account at any time by contacting our customer support. Please note that any outstanding dues must be paid in full before account closure.

4. Fee Refunds

Fees charged by Udhar Card are generally non-refundable unless required by law or at our sole discretion.
